IOAC - International Outdoor Adventure Centre and Camping Grounds

There are many exciting activities to experience including High Ropes Course, Battlezone Archery Tag, Crate Stacking, Archery, Challenge Course, Kayaking, Raft Building and much more.

With their tagline “Feel Every Moment” each person will be able to enjoy a great experience in the outdoors. Feel the adrenaline as you climb the High Ropes, set sail on your own raft or enjoy the challenge of archery.

As well as the adventure centre the IOAC has a bespoke camping site where there are 70 camping pitches, 8 hardstands and 16 grass pitches for campervans & caravans and each pitch has access to power. For those who like to camp but would prefer a little extra luxury, there are Glamping cabins. Each cabin contains a double bed and bunk beds. The cabins are fully dressed on arrival with electricity and tea and coffee-making facilities.

There is also a designated Scout and Guide campsite on the campus, with facilities including a modern toilet and shower block, with pot wash area, a backwoods area and pioneering wood available for groups that stay with us. As well as the outdoor adventure centre and camping grounds the IOAC has a shop and café on the campus, “The Long-Haul Café” offering snacks and light lunches, and throughout the summer season hot food is available in “The Camp Fryer”.
